Our journey began in the mortgage lending industry. And as we networked with real estate agents, builders and developers, we found ourselves with the opportunity to purchase a piece of investment property at an amazing price!

But not wanting to deal with long-term renters and the headaches that brings, we decided to turn that property into our first short-term rental.

We used our knowledge of lending to help with the financing, our experience in home design and renovation to create the kind of upscale experience today’s short-term renters want, and our marketing savvy to promote the property.

Soon after that, our property was booked solid and we were on our way!

Before we knew it, we bought a 2nd property, then another.

Today, we have a wonderful portfolio of income-producing properties which are in high demand on popular rental sites.
